Andrea Anders as Alexis "Alex" Garrett, Joey's future-doorway neighbor, landlady, and Pal. She is an informed, yet a bit ditzy, blonde attorney who graduated from Northwestern University and Pepperdine College Faculty of Law. Initially intimidated but also intrigued by Joey's rough
